Return Policy

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged or you no longer require your order, please notify us at MISE by email (i[email protected]) within 3 days . We will provide you with a returns authorisation number to include with your return. We cannot accept any return without this number.
We offer a 14 day return policy. We will accept returned items provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. 
                                      
We must receive your within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund you through your original payment method, the total amount less the original shipping charge.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will refund the postage cost also
