Perfect for all hair & scalp types, even sensitive ones, this formula is made up of 97% natural origin ingredients and works to soothe itchy scalps and extend the time between washes. With your scalp’s microbiome at the heart of this formula, it seeks to balance it in order to regulate sebum and prevent itchiness and dandruff. The non-foaming cleansing base is derived from coconut and fruit sugars, while gentle, slow-release lactic acid encourages your scalp to maintain at its optimal pH level and a blend of prebiotics helps to ‘feed’ your skin’s good bacteria. It’s also enriched with fermented rice water to encourage healthy, shiny hair, plus, soothing mafura oil works to deeply hydrate and protect your head of hair. More than proving itself in a clinical study – carried out by 24 people with have sensitive/delicate scalp, subject to irritation/itching – 83% agreed that irritation was reduced; 79% agreed that it relieves feelings of itching and hair is easy to comb. HOW TO USE
Apply the Soothing Cleansing Cream onto your roots and massage into the scalp and on very wet hair. Leave for up to two minutes then rinse.
We recommend alternating with your normal shampoo at first. Start using it once or twice a week instead of your normal shampoo, with the time you will notice hair needs washing less often.
RESULTS: the scalp is soothed, feelings or itchiness and irritation are reduced. Prevents scalp problems.
ULTRA GENTLE CLEANSING BASE: Our non-foaming cleansing base is derived from coconut and fruit sugars, 100% natural and non-ionic.
LACTIC ACID: The gentlest of AHA. The lactic acid helps the skin to stay at its optimal pH level and has hydrating and softening properties. Gallinée uses a slow-release form to suit even sensitive skin.
PREBIOTICS: A mix of ultra-gentle fibres and sugars that feed your skin’s good bacteria and help support the skin’s barrier, with an antibacterial action against bad ones.
FERMENTED RICE WATER: Rice water has been traditionally used as facial and hair wash for centuries by Asian women to improve skin complexion and hair condition. Nutritious rice water fermented by Saccharomyces is a favorable ingredient known to keep healthy and shiny hair.
MAFURA OIL: Known for its soothing properties, this oil is helps moisturise deeply. Its revitalising properties are very interesting for protective products. It is particularly suitable for delicate scalp.
TOCOPHEROL: A strong anti-oxidant, it protects the skin from external aggressions, and prevents ageing skin. This is the scientific name for vitamin E.
PHYSIOLOGICAL PH: All Gallinée products are made to match the optimal pH of the scalp and the microbiome.
